Spirit Airlines customers must put on non -provocative clothes that do not expose “breasts, buttocks or other intimate parts” aboard the low -cost carrier, according to new standards published this week.
On Wednesday, the airline based in Florida updated its conditions of “transport contract” with a updated language covering the appearance of passengers.
A customer can be removed from the flight if it is “barefoot or insufficiently dressed (that is to say transparent clothes; not adequately covered; breasts exposed, buttocks or other private parts) or whose clothes or article , including bodily art, are obscene, obscene or offensive nature ”, according to pages 9 and 10, the updated standards.
Before Wednesday, the standard was more vague.
Page 9 of the advice, as it appeared on Tuesday, only said that passengers “barefoot or insufficiently dressed” and those “whose clothes are obscene, obscene or offensive nature” could be removed.
A representative of Spirit Airlines could not be immediately joined to comment on Friday to explain why the additional language was necessary.
Spirit serves several major American cities such as Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago and Denver in addition to the places in Central and South America.
It is also a popular target of the actors, who like to make fun of the ultra-line nature of the airline.
