Splatoon was launched for the first time exactly 10 years ago (May 28, 2015), starting as a new unconventional intellectual property on Wii U, and quickly transforming into one of the largest franchises in Nintendo on Switch. To celebrate the anniversary of the emblematic series, Nintendo has prepared a few festivities, including an update of the Nintendo Music application, new user icons for Nintendo Switch Online and a free Downloadable PC / Mobile wallpaper. Nintendo music

The Nintendo music update today includes almost an hour and a half of music from Splatoon (2015), with 47 titles in total, including the songs from The Squid Sisters, Squid Squad, Chirpy Chips, DJ Octavio, Hightide Era, Turquoise October, and more.
Nintendo Music is now available for iOS and Android devices from their respective application stores.
Nintendo Switch online
Nintendo has announced that icons of switching user profile featuring Splatoon characters are published for Nintendo Switch online Subscribers. The first wave of icons is available from today, with three other deployment in the coming weeks.
For those who do not know it, Nintendo Switch icons are fully customizable with residents and backgrounds, which can be purchased using platinum points which are won free of charge by completing various My Nintendo missions. These are accessible from the option dedicated to the Nintendo Switch online menu located at the bottom left of the switch’s home screen.
10th anniversary wallpaper

A wallpaper that depicts new illustrations of Splatoon characters from all over the trilogy can now be downloaded for free from Nintendo.com. Above, aspect ratios for PC or mobile devices are available. Strangely, a 4K version of the wallpaper was used for Nintendo Publication on Twitter On this subject, but it is not listed as a resolution option on the official website.
