Hans Niemann spoke of the need to protect failures in the United States, comparing it to India, where sport receives financial support from government and businesses. The 21-year-old American master, who was previously under the spotlight of his controversial cheating scandal involving Magnus Carlsen, said that the lack of structural support for chess players in the United States is a key difference compared to India, in addition to the management of Viswanathan Anand.

If we want to dominate the world of chess, we must support young talents instead of buying players from other countries such as mercenaries.
