The Hollywood star has rarely presented her natural hair in films since the first days of her career, and almost exclusively carries wigs for all her cinema roles.
An Australian stylist weighed on her most radical red carpet look and believed that her new short style was a mixture of her real hair and extensions.
“It could be Nicole’s real hair with the back length disguised under pieces of hair cleverly placed, cut or glued,” Bixie Color Andrew Newport said on Thursday to Daily Mail Australia.
“This look, which seems to have been made by the magic of the hair, could have been created by taking the hair at the back of the head and braiding closely with the scalp. Nicole’s real hair is presented on the front fringe, and hair extensions at the nape would be dressed on disguised hair.
“It would take a little work and a considerable time, but is 100% feasible.”
Speculations on Nicole’s new Do DO started a few hours after the star of the little girl walked on the red carpet and the fans flocked to the Instagram page of her Adir hairdresser.
Adir shared several photos and videos of Nicole’s short hair as she walked on the red carpet, expressing her pride of her work.

A fan went so far as to ask Adir, but the hairdresser managed to go up the question and chose not to confirm or deny.
“As a 32 -year -old hairdresser, I must say that this hair shone the dress!” Superb … you are incredible. Is it a wig or have you cut your hair? asked the follower.
“Thank you baby. I am really touched ” replied Adir without answering the sharp question.
Even the Italian hairdresser Marco Bresciani Testa said: “An excellent job well done that the wig is suitable for perfection (sic) and @nicolekidman makes it so real!”
