Baltimore Ravens (-1) against BUFFALO BILLS
The flagship match of the weekend.
These two teams can lay claim to being the best team in the NFL right now, but one of them has a clear advantage when you break it all down.
Derrick Henry has been the best running back in the NFL outside of Philadelphia this season.
As good as Josh Allen has been playing lately, no quarterback is playing better than Lamar Jackson.
Even Baltimore’s defense, which struggled early, has been dominant of late, holding opposing teams to 17 points or fewer in each of the last five games.
When the teams met in Week 4 in Baltimore, the Ravens dismantled the Bills, 35-10.
Not to mention, the Ravens get an extra day off, which could come in handy in the tough elements they’ll face at Highmark Stadium.
Bet the Ravens will enjoy another AFC Championship berth.
Los Angeles Rams (+6) against the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
The Eagles covered and easily took care of the Packers in the wild-card round, but it wasn’t exactly the most convincing victory.
Philly’s offense mustered just 22 points, including seven after Keisean Nixon missed the opening kickoff, giving Jalen Hurts and Co. prime field position.
The Eagles also picked off Packers quarterback Jordan Love three times and still won the game by just 12 points.
The Rams, whose defense suddenly looks like a powerhouse, offer a much different challenge.
Betting on the NFL?
The Vikings couldn’t get anything going Monday in Arizona as Sam Darnold was sacked a record nine times.
Matthew Stafford, Sean McVay and their various weapons on the offensive end have enough to keep this one close – or even come out of the upset route.
Don’t look at these teams’ regular season records. Who played better last week?
LAST WEEK: 1-1. Vikings (G), Eagles (W).
SEASON: 8-14.
