New Orleans attack: at least 15 dead, the attacker is a former American soldier

The man who drove a pickup truck into a crowd in New Orleans was a 42-year-old former soldier, the FBI announced Wednesday. He was killed during an exchange of fire with the police. The authorities are trying to identify possible accomplices.
