By 7:30 a.m. Thursday, the ribbon was cut and the race to the markets for the first day was underway.
“This puts Loomis on the map,” said Loomis Mayor Stephanie Youngblood.
The new location, with 350 jobs, could potentially generate up to $1 million in revenue annually for the Loomis government, Youngblood said.
