The prosecutors filed an extended indictment against Sean Combs on Thursday in which they accused the musical magnate of having forced two additional women to sexual commercial acts and swinging a woman on a balcony.
Mr. Combs, 55, was detained in a Brooklyn prison since the initial indictment in September accused him of sex traffic and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty and his lawyers affirmed his innocence.
The new allegations are part of a replaced indictment which has been dismissed by a large jury, according to documents filed before the Federal District Court of Manhattan.
The majority of the new accusation act reflects that initially filed, but it accuses Mr. Combs of constraining two additional women to sexual acts, citing an anti-sexual activity law. The government accused Mr. Combres of having hired male prostitutes to participate in sexual dating fueled by drugs called monsters.
In a press release, a lawyer for Mr. Combs, Marc Agnifilo, noted that the new accusation act does not imply new accused offenses. The deposit includes new allegations of criminal behavior, but Mr. Combs continues to face three chiefs: racket conspiracy, sex traffic and violation of the Mann Act.
“The theory of accusation remains imperfect,” said Mr. Agnifilo. “The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not friends at all, but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fight against these accusations and to win at the trial. »»
