Netflix’s One Piece star suggests season 3 is already underway

Production on the second season of Netflix’s One Piece is expected to begin this summer.

those of Netflix One piece is far from over. After debuting last year, the live-action anime did the impossible by proving Hollywood wrong. For once, the industry managed to roll out a solid live-action anime that became one of Netflix’s most-watched originals. It didn’t take long for a season two order to arrive, and now a new interview has fans wondering if season three is in the works.

It all comes from Brashaad Mayweather as an actor, who played Patty in One piece the first season, I did an interview. That’s where the actor spoke about Patty’s future on the show, and while chatting, Mayweather suggested One piece will film seasons two and three back to back.

“We’ll see if they come back to it because they’re shooting two seasons – seasons two and three – back to back, starting soon. So we’ll see what happens,” the actor shared.

Now, of course, this news is not true if it is true. From what Netflix shared, One piece only received an order for season two. It seems very unlikely that Netflix would keep a two-season order under wraps given its success. One piece this has been the case, so fans must question this revelation. It could of course be that Mayweather is confused. Netflix has ordered a double season for Avatar: The Last Airbender once the live-action series dropped the first book. But for the moment, we have no details on this subject.

For the moment, One piece fans are operating under the belief that season two is over, and they are hoping for more seasons beyond that. The series’ first outing covered the East Blue saga, and now, the Netflix original is set to tackle the Alabasta saga. From Drum Island to Loguetown, the saga will have a lot to analyze and production is expected to begin soon. Reports said One piece Filming for the second season will begin this summer, and June is officially here…!
