“Burn after reading” (May 1)

This dark comedy by Joel and Ethan Coen revolves around two dissected gymnasium employees played by Frances McDormand and Brad Pitt who believe they have come across classified government documents when, in fact, they are the memories of a former CIA analyst played by John Malkovich.
George Clooney, Tilda Swinton, Richard Jenkins and JK Simmons also play.
“Constantin” (May 1)

While “Constantine” received mixed criticisms when it was released in 2005, he won a cult in the years that followed.
Keanu Reeves plays John Constantine, who has the capacity to communicate with angels and demons. Rachel Weisz, Shia Labeouf, Tilda Swinton, Djimon Hounsou and Peter Stormare also play.
“Crazy, stupid, love” (May 1)

If you are in mood for a Rom-Com, you can’t go wrong with this one.
Steve Carell plays Carl, who experiences a half-life crisis when his wife (Julianne Moore) asks for a divorce. Carl soon connects to the ladies’ man Jacob (Ryan Gosling), who decides to help Carl collect women.
However, Jacob meets his match when he meets Hannah (Emma Stone) and falls in love with her.
Marisa Tomei, Kevin Bacon and Josh Groban also play.
“The Lego Movie” (May 1)

This bizarre comedy by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller features Chris Pratt as a Lego figure whose bland life is interrupted when he said he was the key to resistance to overthrow the maleficent business (expressed by Will Ferrell).
Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Liam Neeson, Channing Tatum, Alison Brie and Charlie Day also lend their voice.
“Past Lives” (May 1)

The beginnings of realization of the features of Celine Song won the best film and the best original nominations of scenario at the 2024 Oscars. The drama follows two childhood friends (played by Greta Lee and Teo Yoo) who reconnects in New York.

“The Wild Robot” (May 24)

One of the best films of 2024, this animated film features Lupita Nyong’o expressing a robot named Roz which, after having shipwrecked on an island, begins to befriend the fauna that used it.
But things get complicated when the company that created Roz comes to the island to recover it.
