In a video statement, summarized the war against Iran, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel “had obtained a historic victory” which “would respect generations” after the ceasefire in the United States to end the 12-day conflict.
He said that Israel had withdrawn “two existential threats – the threat of destruction via nuclear weapons and the threat of destruction via 20,000 ballistic missiles” that Iran was moving to build. Israel would have faced destruction in the near future “if we had not acted now”.
US President Donald Trump acted “in an unprecedented way,” said the Prime Minister, thanking him for “his role in the defense of Israel and suppressing the Iranian nuclear threat”.
Netanyahu declared that historical development – an American strike on Iran in support of Israel – was “the fruit of a diplomatic campaign with which I led the Minister (strategic affairs) Ron Dermer”, and praised the American forces which “destroyed” the site of the enrichment of the underground attack.
“Israel has never had a friend like President Trump in the White House, and I thank him greatly for our joint work,” said Netanyahu, a few hours after a livid Trump exploded Israel for hitting Iran at a time after the announcement of the imminent ceasefire and having responded to Iranian missile attacks after the truce has taken effect.
However, in his video declaration, Netanyahu praised Israel’s attack on Iran early Tuesday morning before the ceasefire took over-the same massive strike raged in front of the cameras.
The Prime Minister also said that Israel had destroyed the Iran’s ballistic missile production program and won “the most serious blow in history (of the regime)”.

“We sent Iran’s nuclear program to the sewers,” said Netanyahu. “If someone in Iran tries to restore this program, we will act with the same determination, the same power, to cut such an attempt.”
“I repeat: Iran will have no nuclear weapons,” he promised, adding that-with the Iran axis in tatters-Israel will open an “axis of prosperity and peace of nations of the region” and beyond.
He briefly mentioned the War during Israel in Gaza and said: “We have to defeat Hamas and bring the hostages back.”
Trump slams Israeli strikes, warns Netanyahu
Only a few hours before the Prime Minister publicly praised Trump for his support, the president expressed Tuesday in uncertain terms that he was furious, in a rare public demonstration if not unprecedented with Israel by an American chief.
“I’m not happy that Israel knows now,” the president told journalists on Tuesday, when Israeli planes responded to Iranian missile strikes earlier during the day.
“There was a rocket which, I suppose, was dismissed over board (by Iran). It was after the deadline, and he missed his target. And now Israel is coming out. These guys have to calm down. Ridiculous …”
During a telephone call that followed his public tirade, Trump warned Netanyahu in “exceptionally firm” terms not to fight against Iran’s violation of Broked’s ceasefire in the United States, a source of the White House in Axios told Axios.

The Prime Minister’s office then presented the Iranian missile missile attack calendar and its own response on Tuesday, stressing that the ceasefire was set at 7 am and four hours earlier: “Israel has forcefully attacked the heart of Teheran, reaching diet targets and killing hundreds of Basij and Iranian security forces.”
“Shortly before the entry into force of the ceasefire, Iran launched a missile dam, one of which cost the lives of four of our citizens in Beersheba,” continued the press release.
“At 7:06 am, Iran launched a missile on Israeli territory and at 10:25 a.m., two other missiles. The missiles were intercepted or fell into open areas without victims or damage. In response to Iran violations, Air Force destroyed a radar network near Téhran. ”
Trump did not mention the Israeli civilians killed in his tirade, who came before leaving the White House for a NATO summit in the Netherlands.

Israel and Iran concluded an open conflict on June 13, when Israel launched air strikes targeting the main Iranian military leaders, nuclear scientists, uranium enrichment sites and the ballistic missile program. Israel said the campaign was necessary to prevent the Islamic Republic from carrying out its declared plan from destroying the Jewish state.
Iran retaliated with Israel’s attacks by launching more than 550 ballistic missiles and around 1,000 drones in Israel. Iranian missile attacks killed 28 people and injured thousands in Israel, according to health and hospitals. The missiles have struck apartments, a university and a hospital, causing heavy damage.
On Sunday, American forces bombed three crucial nuclear sites in Iran, ending more than a week of speculation as to whether they would join the campaign. Iran retaliated on Monday evening with a missile attack against a large American air base in Qatar which made no victim, and hours later, Trump announced the ceasefire, which was implemented on Tuesday.
