Police say Darron Price, 53, was making hash oil when the house exploded. Price’s wife died in the fire.
The neighbors lived next to the house. They say their house was completely destroyed due to the explosion.

The lawsuit accuses the owners of negligence, saying they ignored the conditions of the home and allowed Price to continue his dangerous activities.
“The kind of activity here is egregious. These, these types of drug labs are incredibly, incredibly dangerous. The owners, we felt, had a duty to our customers to at least be aware of what’s going on and to take positive steps to stop this from happening,” said David Hollenberg, the couple’s attorney.
Hollenberg says Price is not included in the lawsuit because it is part of their legal strategy.
