Nebraska football ranked No. 25 in the On3 Way-Too-Early College Football Top 25 for the 2025 college football season. The rankings were compiled by Andy Staples and Ari Wasserman of On3.
Nebraska football is enjoying recruiting momentum. They currently own the 10th global transfer class in the country with 15 global commitments. On the ground, things have improved too. They went 7-6 this season and beat Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl in December.
Quarterback Dylan Raiola will look to build on what has been an impressive debut season. He totaled 2,819 yards, 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions last season. He will look to continue playing at a high level.
Nebraska has a favorable schedule heading into 2025. They will open the season against the Cincinnati Bearcats at Arrowhead Stadium, in what will be a unique experience. There’s still work to be done, with spring training just around the corner.
