Former Boston Celtics star Paul Pierce celebrated the demise of the New York Knicks by stomping on a Jalen Brunson jersey in a bizarre video.

The Knicks were eliminated from the NBA playoffs on Sunday night after a Game 7 loss to the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

It was a disappointing night for Tom Thibodeau’s men, who were without their star Brunson in the fourth quarter after fracturing his hand, before losing 130-109.

The Pacers instead face the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals, and Pierce couldn’t help but poke fun at the Knicks after their exit.

In a bizarre clip, the NBA Hall of Famer can be seen stomping on a Brunson jersey while angrily saying, “What? What do you say, buddy? You speak ? Are you still talking?

“You’re still talking, huh?” I can’t believe you. What did you say? Are you still talking? Get out of here.’

Pierce shared the video on X with three silent emojis and just as many laughing emojis.

Indiana was relentless from the start of Sunday’s deciding game at Madison Square Garden, with Tyrese Haliburton’s devastating shot propelling them to the conference finals.

Replays appeared to show Brunson suffered a thumb injury while trying to knock the ball out of Haliburton’s hand as he jumped to shoot.

It was the latest in a long string of injuries for the depleted Knicks – who also had OG Anunoby and Josh Hart dealing with issues while Mitchell Robinson, Bojan Bogdanovic and Julius Randle were all out.

Haliburton scored 26 points as the Pacers put together one of the most sensational first halves in Game 7 history that put a fervent home crowd to shame.

The loss marks a bitter end to an otherwise strong season for New York and Brunson, who finished fifth in MVP standings and averaged 32.4 points in his 13 playoff games.

“I would say there are pros and cons in the way I played,” he said after Sunday’s loss, as part of a review of his season.

“The upside, obviously, is that I played well individually at times in the playoffs. The downside is that I didn’t play well enough to help my team advance.

“You can say I got injured in the seventh game, I didn’t play well in the seventh game. We were up 2-0 and 3-2.

“It’s just hard to see things individually when you’re not helping your team.”
