The NBA always has more stars than All-Star spots and it was again clear when the league revealed the complete lists of the 2025 stars match on Thursday.
Among those who cut the cut are the first time Victor Wembanyama and the 21st-Timer Lebron James. Six teams had several selections, while only two teams greater than 0,500 – Dallas Mavericks and Sacramento Kings – did not. The game is again stacked with recognizable talents, but there were many more players beyond the 24 selected players.
This includes the leaders of the NBA in the assists, the rebounds and one of the leaders of the votes of the fans of the Eastern Stars.
Here are the most notable names to miss honor, but let’s do something clearly clear: they are not snobs in the sense that these guys are clearly more deserving than someone who has cut. We are just talking about guys who seemed at least worthy in a league with players more worthy of stars than spots.
