Mykhailo Mudryk managed a “lie detector test” in his attempt to prove his innocence in the midst of a doping ban, said a Donetsk Shakhtar chief.
The 24 -year -old Chelsea star Mudramk is currently temporarily suspended from playing football after being confirmed last year that he was tested positive for the medonium of prohibited substance.
He denied any reprehensible act and promised to prove his innocence, but has not played for Chelsea since November.
Mudryk seemed to suggest that he was sure to be part of the team on weekends, with a cryptic comment on one of the articles in Chelsea, because he awaits the result of a sample “B”, and if this confirms the results of his sample “A”.
But with his former accusation outside the action, the chief of Shakhtar, Sergei Palkin, said that the player did everything he could to prove his innocence, including a polygraphic test.
“I spoke to Mudryk several times since this doping problem arose,” Palkin told Givemesport exclusively.

Mudryk has struggled to win in the Chelsea team since he joined the club in 2023
“He doesn’t understand how it could have happened. He has no idea. No idea at all.
“So his lawyers organized for him to pass a lie detector test, which he succeeded. This will be part of the evidence showing that he has done nothing intentionally.
“Mudryk was clear, it was not his fault if he was tested positive. We must now know how it happened and that did this. His lawyers are trying to discover it.
“There is still no result of the B sample, which remains open. No one knows what happened. I wish Mudryk the best. He is a high level professional and a very good person. It should be protected.
“Shakhtar also has a direct interest. There are bonuses from his move to Chelsea linked to his performance. If he does not play, that causes us problems because we could potentially lose 30 million euros. So Shakhtar, Chelsea and Mudryk, we are in one boat.
“We all support Mudryk and hope that he will be allowed to continue playing football soon.”
After joining 88 million pounds sterling in January 2023, Mudyrk had trouble winning on the side of Chelsea, and did not really manage to run.
In 79 appearances for the blues, he only scored 10 goals and has not yet been done in the Premier League in 2024-25 when his suspension arrived.

He has not yet been for the blues since November and had not scored in the Premier League this season before his ban was imposed
If it has been revealed to have committed an offense, sanctions for a positive drug test could lead to a long -term ban, as was the case with Paul Pogba, when the former Man United star was initially prohibited from football for four years before a call was reduced to 18 months.
In a message to his disciples on Instagram after his provisional ban, Mudryk posted: “I can confirm that I was informed that a sample that I provided to the FA contained a prohibited substance.
“It was a complete shock because I have never knowingly used prohibited substances or breaking rules, and I work closely with my team to study how it could have happened.
“I know that I did not hurt anything and that I keep the hope that I will soon be back on the field. I can no longer say more because of the confidentiality of the process, but I will do it as soon as possible.
