The arrival of native Qi2 support in the Pixel 10 series allowed me to dive headfirst into a new world of accessories, and Qi2 batteries quickly became my favorite accessory to have on hand.

Battery life is a problem that never exists Really resolved. Putting aside the Pixel’s slight shortcomings in this area, there is no phone that Never becomes weak in power. This is why many of us carry batteries, but they are still quite bulky and annoying to use.
The Qi2 battery banks really stepped up to solve this problem for me, and I tested a handful of them with my Pixel 10 Pro XL and Galaxy Z Fold 7 which I threw a little magnetic ring on (since Samsung is stubborn). There are three in particular that I’ve been enjoying lately.
To carry plenty of power and speed for the Pixel 10 Pro XL’s 25W charging, there’s the Baseus Picogo 10,000mAh battery. This is one of a very select few Qi2 battery banks that can deliver 25W speeds, and it’s really nice to have on hand with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. When my phone gets low, I can simply connect the external battery and see the power level increase quickly. It tends to warm up, of course, but not to a drastic level. The 10,000 mAh battery means it’s bigger than others I’ve tried, but it makes up for that with faster charging. And the integrated USB-C cable. I found the latter particularly useful recently when I needed to charge both my Pixel and an iPad. The power bank was able to give both a considerable boost, while taking up virtually no space in my backpack.
Another type of option is that of Statik. The company’s 5,000 mAh power bank is not known for its speed or capacity, but for its durability.
This power bank uses a semi-solid-state battery. What does this mean? It is very on.
This type of battery can literally be run through by a nail without causing any real damage. This brings me a lot of peace of mind as I keep this one in my disc golf bag. I don’t have to worry about what hits him in the bag, like whether my knife might pierce him. I also don’t have to worry about it getting hot if it’s in a hot car. This battery technology also holds up better over time, so I worry less about it discharging or losing capacity. I am not Also This generally worries me, especially in the area of durability, since many magnetic batteries are covered in metal, but the added peace of mind is really nice for a product that may sit in my bag for weeks or months before I need to use it.
Finally, my favorite of the group is also the “smallest in the world”. The Baseus Picogo Power Bank is a 5000mAh power bank supporting 15W Qi2 in a very small package.
This option charges quickly and has a built-in kickstand, which is a really nice touch, but for me it’s really all about size.
This power bank fits easily into my backpack, or simply into my pocket. It’s so small that you can store it anywhere, and when it comes time to use it, your phone doesn’t feel too bulky in your hand or pocket. It’s already great on my Pixel 10 Pro XL, but I like it even more on my Galaxy Z Fold 7. Samsung’s design means most Qi2 accessories barely fit on the device, but this Baseus battery barely Sits in place under the camera.
