Moscow says the air strike has targeted a military meeting; Ukraine says 9 children were killed – politico

Zelenskyy, expressed his gratitude for the support of European countries as well as Japan, the United Kingdom and Switzerland following the attack, but said that he had found the American ambassador to Ukraine Brink Brink “surprisingly disappointing”.
