Morgan Wallen adds second Chicago show to ‘One Night at a Time’ tour – NBC Chicago

Morgan Wallen unveiled a new set of dates for his upcoming “One Night at a Time” tour on Monday, giving Chicago a second show.

The country singer’s campaign kicks off on March 15, 2023 in Auckland, New Zealand, with the North American leg of the tour kicking off a month later in Milwaukee.

Wallen, known for songs like “Sand in my Boots” and “Whiskey Glasses,” is scheduled to perform June 22-23, 2023 at Wrigley Field in Chicago. The extra show in the Windy City is one of 13 added by Wallen.

Wallen’s tour includes dates at several other major league ballparks, including Fenway Park in Boston on August 18, Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. on August 26, and Chase Field in Phoenix on July 20 — all in 2023.

A “Verified Fan” presale begins Dec. 7, according to Wallen’s website, and tickets are set to go on sale to the general public on Dec. 9.

Wallen in 2021 was scheduled to perform at the Country Thunder in Wisconsin, but organizers pulled him from the lineup after a video surfaced showing him using a racial slur. Wallen was later banned from the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, but was added to the show’s roster in 2022.
