Moms of former Miss USA and Teen USA detail their “nightmare” experiences

She concluded her letter by writing that she believes this is dangerous for future titleholders of the Miss Universe Organization, adding: “Every statement you have made about the morals and integrity of MUO directly contradicts what is happening within the American organization.”

While Noelia expressed gratitude for her time as Miss USA in her social media statement, her resignation from the organization, obtained by NBC News on May 9, offered a much more candid reflection of her experience.

The eight-page letter, according to the outlet, describes “a toxic work environment within the Miss USA organization that, at best, is mismanagement and, at worst, bullying and harassment.”
