MMA fighter suffers horrific broken nose and still finishes round after taking brutal knee to the face

Fighters are no strangers to gruesome injuries, but you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who wouldn’t wince at the sight of that broken nose.

UFC Hall of Famer Urijah Faber put a card under his A1 Combat organization on Sunday and it featured a clash between previously undefeated Blake Perry and Marcell McCain.

Midway through the first lap, McCain headed Perry in and landed a heavy knee that immediately crushed Perry’s nose.

Brave Perry fought until the end of the round and he wanted to keep fighting.

But seeing the extent of his injuries, the referee called off the fight, handing Perry the first loss of his MMA career.

UFC Fight Pass posted the graphic video to its Twitter page with the sarcastic caption, “Do you think it’s broken?”

Perry shared a clip of his injury on his Instagram story, but he hasn’t said anything else about it yet.

His girlfriend Selena, however, chimed in on her own Instagram story.

“Blake is a warrior and would have kept fighting if the Dr hadn’t stopped him.” Selena said.

“Not the last of him, we’ll be back and better soon. Thank you all for all the love. Much appreciated.”
