Minnesota dam ruptures amid record Midwest flooding

Flooding caused the rupture of a more than 100-year-old dam in Minnesota on Monday. It follows days of heavy rain across much of the Midwest, which flooded states including Iowa and South Dakota. Jonah Kaplan has the latest.
