Mikayla Nogueira shares the husband Cody is in detoxification treatment

“I love Cody with all my heart,” she said. “He is my person. I will be next to him. He really deserves so much compassion at the moment, and I just hope that you will support him as well as me while we sail.”

In a shared follow -up video on April 5, Mikayla said that Cody “made so much progress in detoxification cure” and that the two speak on facetime almost every day.

Cody had shared his experience with drug addiction in a Tiktok video in 2022 with his wife, noting that he had undergone treatment in the past and was sober for more than two years.

“Before even finding drugs, I was just a sad person. I didn’t feel accepted,” he recalls when Mikayla was holding his hand. “So when I found drugs, it gave me people around who I thought I was friends at the time and it helped me escape.”

Cody thanked fans for having supported him as well as his trip as well as Mikayla, who spoke of his food disorders and his mental health difficulties, noting: “It means the world for us”.
