The Finnish winger buried the Rangers’ first goal when he took advantage of a gift from Capitals defenseman Nick Jensen 57 seconds after the faceoff.
Key moment :
The penalty had set the Rangers apart throughout the series and when that unit was called upon shortly after Panarin scored a go-ahead goal, they once again managed to score the goal into an empty net from Jack Roslovic which sealed the series.
