Although his role as Young, Street-Smart Wallace launched his career, his first professional credit was a unique guest appearance in an episode of season one of HBO “The sopranos” when he was 12 years old.

In 2015, Jordan bought a house for his parents in Sherman Oaks, California, and he lived with them for a few years. In 2019, he obtained his own place.

During an appearance on “The Ellen Degeneres Show” in 2020, the host told him about the move at his home at around 20 minutes.

“It happened,” he said. “I am sure they changed the whole house when I left. As, they lit incense and bleached it and got rid of me, yes.”

Jordan took tap dance lessons at the start of his career.

In an interview of 2013 with HuffPost, Jordan said he would do anything to get out of school early when he was a child, so when his parents made him act around the age of 11, he took a bunch of hobbies, including the tap dance.

Jordan told the publication: “I didn’t know what I wanted to do at this age – I was doing everything, playing basketball, playing, doing tap …”
