The Mercedes -Benz financial services branch requests the payment – or the resumption of possession – of a security vehicle of the University of Colorado Shilo Sanders.
According to Brent Schrotenboer (via Yahoo Sports) from USA Today, the car manufacturer requests a repair of a court where Sanders filed for bankruptcy in 2023 after accumulating $ 11 million in debt.
The company claims that Sanders went from $ 6,877 to monthly payments on a vehicle. Sanders has an unanswered balance of $ 97,239 while the commercial value of the car even amounts to $ 97,000.
Now Mercedes-Benz requests permission from the court to take possession of the vehicle and for Sanders, the Colorado head coach, Deion Sanders, to reveal his location.
It is not clear exactly what Mercedes-Benz Model Sanders is in possession.
Sanders filed for bankruptcy in October 2023 to try to release this debt of $ 11 million.

The majority of this debt is due to John Darjean, a security guard who worked in high school that Shilo was present in Texas.
While the file of Chapter 7 sparked a stay or a maintenance on the debt recovery efforts against Sanders, aged 25, the car manufacturer maintains that they are entitled to a repair of this stay due to the missing payments.
“The vehicle with an engine depreciates in value, the contract is in default and the mover (Mercedes Benz Financial Services) is prevented by the automatic stay from exercising its remedies to regain possession and liquidate its warranty, the engine vehicle,” said Mercedes Benz Financial Services and its lawyer Doug Koktavy.
The files indicate that Sanders agreed to buy the vehicle – then estimated at $ 135,000 – with a payment plan in May 2023. This came about five months before losing the bankruptcy.
Sanders continued to make car payments after having filed a record. However, the company says it has recently been lacking.
“The debtor (Sanders) said the intention to keep the motor vehicle and reaffirm the obligation,” said the company’s file. “The debtor did not carry out this intention.
Sanders’ bankruptcy affair was born out of an incident in 2015. Darjean said that the young Shilo, 15 at the time, caused him serious and permanent injuries when he was trying to confiscate the boy’s phone.
While Shilo said he was acting in self -defense, Darjean continued the boy for damages.

Sanders tries to be drafted in the NFL. Currently, it is a planned end of the end of the round.
The case was finally tried in 2022 and Darjean received a default judgment of $ 11.89 million after Sanders did not appear on the date of the court.
Shilo then filed for a year later in an attempted “New Departure” free of this debt. Darjean continues to fight to obtain the damage he owes.
If the court did not unlock Sanders debt, Darjean could still continue its debts against Shilo in the future. If the court is discharged, it is likely that Darjean would receive a fraction of the judgment of the Court of Texas.
Sanders lawyers did not comment on USA Today.
Shilo Sanders is currently preparing the NFL project.
He was not invited to the NFL screening combination in Indianapolis, depriving him of a chance to train in front of the best talent analyzers in the league.
It is not clear if it will be written – with projections currently clearing it as a choice of end of the round. It is possible that he can sign with a free agency team if he is not selected.
