The singer admitted to having used weight loss medication to stop after her dramatic transformation recently made the headlines.
The Grammy winner, 31, recognized on Monday via Instagram that she does not “look like it did 10 years ago”.
Trainor explained that she was “traveling to be the healthiest and strongest version” of herself for her and the two children of her husband Daryl Sabara – her Riley, 4, and her son Barry, 1.
“I worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, I started exercising with a coach, and yes, I used science and support (Shoutout to Mounjaro!) To help me after my 2nd pregnancy,” she wrote. “And I’m so happy to have done it because I feel good.”
The explanation of the singer-songwriter came after being “Disharten (Ed)” to see the public “concentrates on (his) body instead of” his career after the Billboard Women in Music 2025 event.
