Medieval first-person action-adventure RPG Alkahest announced for consoles and PC

Push On, a Cyprus-based studio comprised of over 40 veteran developers who have previously worked on AAA and indie games, announced Alkahesta first-person medieval action-adventure RPG with simulation elements coming to unspecified consoles and PC via Steam. No release date has been announced. It will support language options in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.

Build your combo and execute it against enemies. Drop a tree on their head, throw them off a cliff, set them on fire. In AlkahestFast-paced, close-quarters combat in a richly interactive environment takes center stage.

Unlike games where stealth is the “right” way to play, we encourage a balanced approach. Players can opt for stealth, explore the area for effective strategy, or boldly confront enemies head-on. Enemies adapt dynamically; if overwhelmed, they can flee, regroup and ambush, making the game challenging and engaging.

Use all the perks: alchemical potions, daggers, relics and much more! Even a rope can become a deadly weapon in skillful hands.

Instead of magic, Alkahest will feature alchemy, a complex and important gameplay system. Follow a recipe or mix the gathered ingredients at your own discretion. Use the substance as a throwable, weapon oil, place it in an NPC’s pocket, or even drink it yourself. In each scenario, the results can be unpredictable.
