The man who set himself on fire outside of Trump’s criminal trial donated his kidneys to “save the lives of two people” after dying from his burns on Friday.
Conspiracy theorist and researcher Maxwell Azzarello, 37, doused himself in liquid and set his clothes on fire near Manhattan Criminal Court as horrified onlookers looked on.
The flames were put out by NYPD officers and he was rushed to the hospital but died later that day.
Nonprofit organ donation group LiveOnNY revealed that Azzarello was a donor and had both of his kidneys transplanted, allowing him to “save the lives of two people on the national waiting list.”
President Leonard Achan said: “The 37-year-old man, who tragically died after succumbing to injuries caused by self-inflicted burns while standing in front of the Manhattan courthouse on Friday, was a donor ‘registered organs.’

The Florida native was a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned a master’s degree in city and regional planning in 2012.
His friend and neighbor Bob Warren, 62, who lived next door to Azzarello in St. Augustine, Florida, revealed: “It was just a few days before he left for New York, we were sitting at the back, drinking beers and playing.” his guitar, and we were talking.

He said: “I keep thinking he probably changed his mind four or five seconds after he turned on.”
Azzarello pulled a bunch of brochures from his backpack and tossed them into the air before dousing himself with fuel and accelerator at 1:39 p.m. Friday afternoon.
He died from his injuries shortly before 11 p.m. that night.
