Travis Kelce was spotted with Kansas City Chiefs teammates Patrick Mahomes and Hollywood Brown during Game 3 of the Dallas Mavericks-Minnesota Timberwolves Western Conference Finals on Sunday night.
But the reception by the crowd at the American Airlines Center was not welcoming to the star tight end.
Kelce seemed surprised when the Jumbotron in the arena showed him sitting courtside with his teammates, along with Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, and the crowd immediately responded with boos.

However, when Mahomes appeared on screen, the crowd erupted and he stood up, prompting them to cheer louder.
Even the Mavericks’ social media team decided to have some fun by trolling Kelce, referencing his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

PATRICK MAHOMES SAYS HE TAKES ‘SOME CREDIT’ FOR TAYLOR SWIFT-TRAVIS KELCE ROMANCE
“Our guy Pat and @taylorswift13’s boyfriend in the house!” the team posted to X with video of Mahomes and Kelce in their seats.
Of course, Kelce’s relationship with Swift has made headlines throughout the 2023 NFL season, and the love remains strong between the two as the football star has been seen traveling the world to attend his Eras Tour concerts.

But their relationship also took a beating, with that side of the fence feeling the NFL was paying too much attention to her during games while she was in his suite cheering on Kelce.
Regardless, Dallas fans clearly wanted to shower Kelce with boos.
Mahomes, on the other hand, is a child of Texas. The 28-year-old was born in Tyler, about an hour and a half from Dallas. Mahomes also played college football at Texas Tech in Lubbock, although it was much further west.
