A week has passed since the release of Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated 11th studio album, The Department of Tortured Poets. In true form, Swifties have been scrambling to identify every celebrity Swift might be referring to in her lyrics — and, now, the suspects are starting to respond.

In a video published by Entertainment tonightTHE 1975 The leader is asked to rate his “Taylor dissent piece compared to the other 30”, to which Healy asks: “Dissent piece?” Healy continues: “I haven’t really listened to much of it, but I’m sure it’s good.”

Their short-lived romance seemed to take a toll on the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker, as several tracks, including “Down Bad,” “I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can),” “Fortnight” and “The Smallest Man” Who Ever Lived” is said to be about the English musician.

She continued: “(Taylor) writes about all her relationships, right? I don’t think this will shock him at all. He’s very happy in his new relationship, so I’m sure he’ll focus on that. Healy is currently dating model Gabbriette Bechtel.

Dedes hinted that there was more to the story than what is revealed in Swift’s lyrics, saying, “As my nephew, we know a little more about what happened than what that was said in the press.”
