“I lost many friends, but I have never lost a brother,” MGK wrote in an article on Instagram on March 7. “We will never have another dingo on this planet. A real rockstar without ever having to make a song, the most faithful, strongest, charismatic, funny and boring man that I have ever had the honor of knowing.”
In the middle of his sorrow, the rocker (real name Colson Baker) thought about his imminent arrival and explained how he envisaged the late snowboarder, whose death was confirmed on February 28, still part of the baby’s preparation.
“I feel like your (sic) up there with my new child, disguised as a hilarious costume, which makes them laugh, preparing to send them,” he continued. “I could not ask for a sweetener blessing of birth.”
