What do Martha Stewart and Aix Earle have in common – other than household name status, of course?
Whether through timeless Instagram thirst traps or GRWM TikTok videos (respectively), both stars know how to go viral – and thus spark plenty of questions about their skincare secrets.
And even though they have nearly six decades of age difference between them, both celebrities swear by the same SPF: Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Sunscreen ($76).
“It’s really, really nice; it has a nice finish that has a tint to it,” Earle, 23, said of slipping some into a recent Elle video about her morning routine.
“It won’t look like you’re wearing makeup,” she added. “On days when I don’t really want to wear full makeup…. I’m going to use this instead of foundation.
A week earlier, Stewart, 82, told Page Six Style that she also joins Alastin on days when she’s not in a professional makeup chair.
“I have a makeup artist because I’m often on TV or promos, but on a daily basis I use Alastin… and it’s great,” she said of the formula, which she said she didn’t use without previously that she “wouldn’t leave the house”.
Just like the busy stars themselves, this much-loved product is multitasking, boasting SPF 36 while boosting radiance and hydration.
Earle uses hers during her daily skincare routine, which also involves “sticking to good, clean products,” including Vivant Mandelic Acid Serum Drops ($73) — followed by Lumify eye drops ($13 $12) she “loves it”.
As for the finishes? For minimal makeup, Earle sticks to a swipe of mascara and a bit of Ole Henrikson Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatment in Blood Orange ($22), because “a glossy lip can add a lot to a look “.
Maybe we’ll soon see Stewart slipping in one too.
