- Mark Zuckerberg said he avoided caffeine and drugs in his daily life.
- He prefers to experience reality with an unchanged state of mind
- “Dare really worked on me,” Zuckerberg told Theo Von in an interview.
Mark Zuckerberg seems quite strict on what he puts in his body.
The billionaire meta-PDG said that he was not a fan of caffeine, nor any other substance altering the mind during an interview on the “this weekend” podcast of the actor Theo von. Instead, he prefers to live life as it is without the help of “chemicals”, Zuckerberg told Von.
His sister, he said, regularly calls him for “raw reality”. Zuckerberg told Von that he did not consume drugs and generally only drinks recreational coffee – on vacation, for example.
Instead, Zuck jumps out his mornings while fighting, which works “better than caffeine”, according to him. He spent two hours in the morning practicing mixed martial arts to “recent” himself and to face his functions at the head of one of the largest companies in the world.
While its technological peers, notably Elon Musk and Bill Gates, concluded the disc on the use of cannabis, acid or ketamine, Zuckerberg’s choice substances include creatine and vitamins. He refrains from drugs, which, according to Von, is more nervous than using them these days.
When Von asked questions about drug use, Zuckerberg said that his education had moved him away. He credited education for drug abuse (DARE) – an anti -drug program in the 1980s and 1990s – to shape his vision of controlled substances.
“Dare really worked on me when I was in the third year,” said Zuckerberg. “It really scared me.”
