Zuckerberg wore a navy T-shirt and a chain while announcing his company’s latest AI products on Thursday.
“Big news on AI today,” Zuckerberg said in a video he posted to Instagram.
But while Zuckerberg may have hoped to highlight Meta’s new offerings, people on social media found themselves drawn to something else — what appeared to be the billionaire’s newfound love of rapper swag and “mob chic.” “.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos had a big blowout after leaving his post as CEO of the e-commerce giant.
Aside from being in great shape, Bezos is also making plenty of bold fashion choices with his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez. The couple turned heads when they sported the “mob chic” look at Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan Fashion Week party in January.
The sea change in the sartorial choices of tech titans Bezos and Zuckerberg reflects a growing preference for the trappings of loud luxury.
Over the past year, Zuckerberg has ditched his outdated uniform of gray t-shirts and hoodies for more adventurous choices like a brown shearling jacket. And it looks like he can’t wait to swap fashion tips with his billionaire brothers.
“Swap jerseys,” he wrote in an Instagram post last month, alongside a photo of himself swapping jackets with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang.
Zuckerberg’s representatives at Meta did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider sent outside of normal business hours.
