Marcus Rashford was overcome with emotion after Manchester United’s FA Cup final victory over Manchester City.

The striker, who was left out of Gareth Southgate’s provisional 33-man squad for Euro 2024, was pictured in tears on the Wembley pitch.

And it has sparked fears among United fans that he could be set for a possible summer exit, with the club believed to be open to his departure.

Regarding X after United’s 2-1 win, one user said: “Rashford better not leave ffs.”

Another posted: “Rashford is crying I love him he better not leave.”

A third added: “Rashford is crying please don’t leave bro we need you.”

This fan sent a message: ‘After seeing Rashford in tears I have a feeling he is leaving.’
