Take the time she was asked to cover Vanity Fair-alongside other teenage icons Hilary Duff, Amanda Bynes, Marie-Kate And Ashley Olsen, Alexis Blédel, Evan Rachel Wood, Raven-Symoné And Lindsay Lohan— in 2003, about four years after debuting with “Candy,” a sweet, saccharine song that truly is like sugar in your heart.
The experience involved “a lot of teen drama for sure,” Moore said on The Influencer Valerie LipovetskiIt is Not alone April 9 podcast. “I mean, there was a fight over a boy between two people, I don’t even remember who. I remember feeling like a real exception and an outsider like, ‘I Don’t be part of the cool kids club.’ ‘”
Save for her romance with her then-boyfriend Andy Roddick.
Noting that “one of the Olsen twins” had a crush on the tennis pro at the time, she told Lipovetsky, “I just remember feeling really cool about it.”
