Manchester United fan Luke Littler has perfect response to boos from crowd in Liverpool

Luke Littler had the last laugh as he mocked Liverpool darts fans.

Littler, a die-hard Manchester United fan, was bracing himself for an awkward Premier League reception on Thursday night as he took to the stage at Liverpool for the 13th night of the competition.

As he prepared to take the stage for his quarter-final clash with Gerwyn Price, the 17-year-old was greeted with loud boos from sections of the M&S Bank Arena fan base.

But Littler, who has mocked Liverpool’s misfortune on his social media this season, was not deterred as he covered his ears and motioned for the crowd to sing louder.

He then silenced them once and for all with a 2-0 gesture towards the audience.

Of course, Littler was referring to the scoreline from Liverpool’s clash with rivals Everton in the Premier League on Wednesday night.

In a courageous gesture, Littler then repeated this gesture on stage, before his match.

That 2-0 scoreline was a huge shock and all but ended the Reds’ hopes of winning the Premier League title.

This is because Arsenal are three points ahead of them with four games remaining, while Man City have a chance to escape if they win their games in hand.

Littler was loving life on stage at Liverpool and beat Price 6-3 to progress to the semi-finals where he will face either Luke Humphries or Nathan Aspinall.

Littler then did the gesture again with a cheeky smile on his face while on stage.
