Manchester United are reportedly negotiating with Getafe over a possible second loan deal for Mason Greenwood.
The striker joined the La Liga side on a season-long loan on deadline day last summer and has impressed on the pitch.
With 10 goals in 32 appearances, Greenwood has also registered six assists for Getafe.
And now it has been reported that the Spanish team wants to extend his stay for at least one more season.
According to The Athletic, Getafe have started discussions with the Red Devils over the possibility of a new loan deal for Greenwood.

The striker has scored 10 goals in 32 appearances this season for Getafe.
Getafe’s La Liga rivals are also believed to be interested in signing Greenwood this summer.
However, United would prefer to secure a permanent move for the academy graduate.
The report continues to state that his form has attracted interest from other La Liga teams.
Additionally, it is believed a loan deal will be considered if United are not offered an “acceptable fee” this summer.
With Greenwood’s current contract expiring in 2025, the Red Devils could extend his contract for another year as there remains an option for this in his contract.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Greenwood, and it is unclear whether Man United could ever allow him to join the team.
