A 51 -year -old detainee who has moved away from a California rehabilitation center in San Diego is still wanted by the agency.
Nick A. Lopez deleted his GPS device and left the male community reintegration program around 2:40 p.m. Friday, officials said.
Lopez was described as 5 feet 11 inches high with black hair and brown eyes, and was seen for the last time wearing black jeans and a black and white jacket. He had been at the MCRP since March 4.
In September 2023, Lopez was sentenced to five years and months of incarceration for theft of vehicles with a previous conviction linked to the vehicle and to illegally have a firearm.
