The back of Manchester United, Patrick Dorgu, paid tribute to his former physio after his sudden death at the age of 38.
Lecce Physio, Graziano Fiorita, was found dead Thursday before the Serie A Friday match against Atalanta in Bergamo on Friday evening.
Lecce announced the tragic news in a statement on their website, while the confirmation of the tomorrow’s match has now been postponed.
The declaration indicated: “Us Lecce, deeply shocked, announces that Graziano Fiorita is suddenly deceased. The physiotherapist was with the retirement team in Coccaglio.
“The team will immediately return to Lecce, because the match of tomorrow against Atalanta will be postponed.
“At this moment of deep pain and total disbelief, in which any word would be superfluous, the club can only come together around his wife Azzurra and his children Carolina, Davide, Nicolò and Riccardo, his mother Francesca and all the members of his family.”

Dorgu moved to Man United in February after piercing in Lecce where he worked alongside Physio, Graziano Fiorita
Fiorita served Lecce for 20 years and helped Dorgu to break into the first team before his February passage to Old Trafford.
Dorgu went to Instagram to publish a photo of Fiorita on his story alongside the Italian message that said: “Riposu in Amico Mio rhythm” (Rest in Peace My Friend).
Atalanta, who was to face Lecce on Friday, also sent their condolences after the death of Fiorita.
“Atalanta BC joins the family and @officialuslecce to cry the sudden death of Graziano Fiorita, physiotherapist of the Salento Club,” said the club post of the club.
The match should now be reprogrammed during the same week that the lights should also be modified at the last minute in the aftermath of the death of Pope Francis.
