Man City vs Man United LIVE commentary: Ten Hag aim to avoid triple charges as FA Cup final hosts local rivals at Wembley – kick-off time, team news and how to follow

Manchester United will be looking to end a charge at rivals Man City to replicate their iconic hat-trick in the FA Cup final next month.
The Red Devils are looking to secure their second silverware in Erik ten Hag’s debut season, but an added priority will be preventing their neighbors from having the chance to match their 1999 triumph.

Pep Guardiola’s city have already won the Premier League title and also remain in contention for the Champions League and FA Cup.
The current FA Cup holders are Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, but the Reds were knocked out by Brighton in the fourth round.
And now we are left with Man City and Man United.
City easily eliminated Sheffield United 3-0 in the last four, while the Red Devils beat Brighton 7-6 on penalties after a 0-0 draw in the other semi-final.

FA Cup final: what was said?
City boss Guardiola: ‘I’m starting to think about the treble if we can go to Istanbul [host city of the Champions League final] with two titles in hand, so I will concede that if we win one more title, we will.
“Look at United, it was once in a lifetime in the UK and the way they won the Camp Nou against Bayern Munich, I was there.
“It’s so difficult to do it, the last two finals we have will be terribly complicated.
“I know United want to avoid him and Inter Milan is Inter Milan, so step by step.”

United manager Ten Hag on the prospect of beating City: “We will give our all and when I say everything, that’s it, more than 100 per cent you can’t do, the fans can count on that. We want to give that against City, we want to give that to the fans.
“I understand, of course, the feelings of the fans on this.
“We will do everything to give them the second trophy – everything I have, everything the team has, the staff has, we will give everything to make it happen.
“We can do it, because we prove it. It’s not easy though, it’s a great team, but we also have a great team.”
