A Brighton man accused of assaulting women on an MBTA bus is also wanted in 11 other sexual assault cases, according to the Transit Police.

Atchely Exavier, 28, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a bus that was at Brighton and Park Station.

“During the arrest (and) booking process, it was discovered that this man had 11 pending cases for sexual assault,” Transit Police said on X.

According to a report from Universal Hub, Exavier allegedly approached women who were standing on the T and would “smash her face into her butt.”

Exavier was scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Boston Municipal Court on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older for Thursday’s incident. He is also expected to face trial on the same charge at Brighton Magistrates’ Court for a similar assault that allegedly took place on Tuesday, according to Universal Hub’s report.

Exavier is suspected of a third sexual assault, but the victim of this incident refused to press charges.
