Target Tesla is
An erroneous action
Activists who have targeted the vehicles, owners and installations of Tesla seem to be inspired by the concept of Saul Alinsky of “useful idiots”, as indicated in his book, “Rules for Radicals”. These activists claim legitimacy thanks to their support for own transport and the working class, but inadvertently threaten the employment of thousands of people who depend on Tesla, an eminent leader in clean energy and job creation.
In addition, this newspaper went from the impartial report to the promotion of an anti-American perspective, aligning with the demonstrators and potentially undergoing its journalistic integrity. This situation arouses concerns about real beneficiaries of these disturbances, because they do not seem to promote workers, consumers, the environment or the American public.

On tenants’ protections
Re: “Sparkling debate of tenants, confusion” (page B1, February 18).
Under pressure from California Apartment Association (CAA) and business owners, the Concord Municipal Council voted 3-2 on March 25 to cancel major parties of its order to protect tenants recently adopted.
During this meeting, the CAA and the business owners looked at a new hollow. Dozens of paid agitators showed up by holding panels with a CAA sticker thanking them. I observed a VP of the CAA paying for foods delivered to them. City police favored the group from demonstrators supporting the order, allowing them to pack the meeting, even if some threats have shouted and tried to cause fighting.
The slogan of the City of Concord is “where families come first”. CAA is not a family. Local governments should do everything they can to keep their residents as safe as possible in the face of the federal assault against everything our most vulnerable families need to survive.

Center services for the elderly
Friends of Pleasanton Senior Center, a non -profit organization, was created in 2012 for the sole purpose of supporting the programs of the center of the elderly to improve the life of the elders of Pleasanton. The center was developed in 1993 to provide the elderly to bring together for events, services, support and, above all, camaraderie so essential to healthy aging.
Center staff provide services that meet the desires and needs of various Pleasanton cultures. It is a safety port where many seniors feel comfortable interacting with friends and would otherwise be isolated at home.
Any plan to reduce the days when the center is open would eliminate opportunities for the elderly to meet in a safe and welcoming environment so essential to the emotional well-being of the elderly.
We urge the mayor and the Pleasanton municipal council to continue to support the only urban installations dedicated to the elderly of Pleasanton.

Trump interested in
Money rather than governance
President Donald Trump weakens the middle class in dismissing and dismissing thousands of people, and eliminating collective negotiations for federal unions; Weaken our friendships around the world by threatening Canada and Greenland; And weaken our position in the world by eliminating aid to countries that need help.
What will happen to the social security net when all applicants for unemployed unemployed? It may be the interest of what Trump does. It’s all about money, and no matter how much they have, it’s never enough. How does it all help our country?

Willpower the key
Healthy aging
According to a healthy diet mainly based on plants can increase the chances of “healthy aging” at 70 years, according to a 30 -year study of 105,000 people published last week in the prestigious journal Nature. The study defines healthy aging as an intact memory, lack of depression or other chronic health problems, and the ability to perform basic physical tasks such as climbing or grocery transport. Unfortunately, less than 10% of their subjects had in fact reached healthy aging at 70 years.
We are fortunate to live in a place and time to offer all opportunities to engage in healthy aging. Supermarkets offer a rich range of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, legumes and cereals, meats, milks, cheeses and ice creams made from cereals and nuts. Fast food franchises and family restaurants follow suit. There are neighborhood gymnasiums for training sessions and parks for healthy walks. We just need the will to get into healthy aging to increase this figure by 10%.

Work rewrites history
The president ordered Vice-President JD Vance to browse the Smithsonian for “a concerted and widespread effort to rewrite the history of our nation”. But the rewriting of the history is exactly what this administration is determined to do.
Sugar slavery, applaud each war, raise the shoulders of the rupture of the Union, ignore all the contributions, but from the “rights” of the Americans – none of this will lower the price of eggs. And none of this will make the Americans more proud of who they are – not when they are mandated by a president who has demonstrated contempt for American institutions.
