Madonna is the subject of a concertgoer’s lawsuit for allegedly “forcing” his fans to wait for him in dangerously hot temperatures and for showing “pornography without warning” on stage. According to several media outlets, the 65-year-old “Like a Virgin” singer was sued by spectator Justen Lipeles.

Lipeles filed the documents on Wednesday, May 29 in Los Angeles. The lawsuit alleges that Madonna lip synced one of her shows at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles from her. Celebration Tour, which ended earlier this month. Lipeles further claimed that all fans at the concert were in a “hot and uncomfortable temperature” after Madonna reportedly took the stage at 10 p.m. instead of the announced start time of 8:30 p.m.

“Forcing consumers to wait for hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is a demonstration of Madonna’s casual lack of respect for her fans,” court documents state, according to multiple media outlets. “The defendants did not inform the plaintiff that the concert would start later.”

Lipeles’ lawsuit also accused the pop star of showing “topless women on stage simulating sexual acts.”

“The temperature inside the Kia Forum was uncomfortably high, as requested by Madonna, who refused to allow the air conditioning to be turned on,” court documents state. Lipeles allegedly “sweated profusely and became physically ill from the heat,” the lawsuit alleges. “When fans complained about the heat, Madonna unreasonably told them to take off their clothes.”

Besides Madonna, Lipeles is also suing Live Nation and California music venues Forum Entertainment, Golden 1 Center, Kia Forum and Acrisure Arena.

Lipeles Law Group also revealed that Lipeles brought his younger sister to the show, aged 11, according to a statement obtained by Entertainment tonight.

After noting that the “women on stage” removed their tops and acted out “pornographic-like situations,” Lipeles Law Group claimed, “This without absolutely any warning to anyone who is offended by this type of content,” in its statement at the exit.

This isn’t the first time Madonna has faced legal issues over her concerts. She has recently been sued several times for starting her Celebration Tour shows after the start time announced to fans.

The “Borderline” singer and Live Nation have not publicly responded to the lawsuit as of publication time.
