Madonna fan sues singer for allegedly forcing audience members to watch ‘sex acts’ during her celebration tour

Madonna was hit by another trial just after finishing his celebratory tour earlier this month.

Spectator Justen Lipeles is suing the singer, along with Live Nation and four California music venues, according to court documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles and obtained by ET. Lipeles claims the singer subjected audiences to “pornography without warning,” such as “topless women on stage simulating sexual acts” in an uncomfortable and suffocating environment. He also claims that Madonna asked for the air conditioning to be turned off and that he became physically ill from the heat.

Additionally, Lipeles claims Madonna timed her performance and it started after 10 p.m., more than an hour after the announced 8:30 p.m. start time. This after Madonna was already sued for alleged late checkout for his show in Brooklyn, New York, earlier this year.

Lipeles claims he made false statements, intentionally caused emotional distress, false advertising and breached a written contract during Madonna’s Kia Forum stop in Los Angeles, California on March 7.

Besides Madonna and Live Nation, Forum Entertainment, Kia Forum, Acrisure Arena, Golden 1 Center and Chase Center were also named as defendants since Lipeles claims all of the artist’s concerts in California started late.

In a statement to ET, Lipeles’ attorneys at Lipeles Law Group said the plaintiff brought his 11-year-old sister to the concert.

“Imagine taking your 11-year-old daughter to a pop concert,” the statement read. “In the middle of the concert, the women on stage take off their tops and are completely topless. They then begin to mime sexual situations, including cunnilingus and digital penetration, among other pornographic type situations. This without any warning to anyone is offended by this type of content, especially by those who bring children to the concert.”

The statement continues: “Justen brought his 11-year-old sister, who was shocked. Additionally, for many hours, everyone was forced to sit in what looked like a sauna. It was not coincidentally, Madonna insisted that the air conditioning be kept off and when people in the crowd complained, she said that she didn’t turn the air conditioning on and that if they didn’t like it they should take off their clothes “People were physically uncomfortable and sweating like crazy while sitting and suffering while watching live porn, including children, without warning.”

Lipeles’ lawyers also said they were “in the process of slightly amending the complaint.”

Although this is not the first time that Madonna was accused of a late startThe pop star’s attorneys for Madonna, Live Nation and Barclays Center have previously said it is not “reasonable” for concertgoers to predict the scheduled start and end times of the show, regardless of what is printed on event tickets.

“Reasonable concertgoers also know that concert lengths vary depending on many factors,” they said. in a previously filed document in response to a separate complaint in New York.
