Luke Littler mocks Liverpool fans after Merseyside derby defeat after Man United fan taunted at Premier League Darts before beating Gerwyn Price

Luke Littler goaded Liverpool fans over their Merseyside derby defeat as the Man United supporter responded to taunts during the Darts’ final Premier League stoppage this season.

The 17-year-old is a keen Man United supporter, leading to him being booed before being substituted for their quarter-final match against Gerwyn Price at the M&S Bank Arena.

Littler responded by signaling 2-0 with his hands, referencing Liverpool’s defeat in the Merseyside derby on Wednesday.

The darts sensation then placed his hands on his head, before jeering at the crowd.

Liverpool’s defeat at Goodison Park took a major dent in the Reds’ title hopes, with Jurgen Klopp’s side sitting three points behind leaders Arsenal with four matches remaining.

Littler made a perfect start on night 13 of the Premier League Darts, beating Price 6-3 to book his place in the semi-final.

‘The Nuke’ was previously asked about Everton’s victory over Liverpool, as well as whether he faced a hostile crowd reaction due to his support of Man United.

“My manager told me to expect the worst and if it’s not that bad I’ll take it as a positive,” Littler told Sky Sports.

“Fans don’t really take jokes, but that’s all I do, joke a little bit. I’ll be looking to get a few more points on the board tonight.

Littler added that he watched the Merseyside derby last night, instead of Man United’s 4-2 win over Sheffield United.

“It was a good result for Everton,” Littler said, smiling.
