“ Love Island USA ” warns viewers to stop cyberbullying

“Love Island USA” clearly indicates that the cyberbullying of reality TV competitors will not be tolerated.

If you have been on social networks recently, you have probably seen that the seventh season of the series has more and more attracted the negative attention of fans who have made severe criticism of a range of online distribution members.

A large number of disapproving positions arise from the controversial decision of the Islanders to vote Jeremiah Brown and Hannah Fields out of the villa during the episode on Sunday, which makes them the last victims of the elimination of the island.

During the episode on Tuesday, Peacock issued a warning to viewers.

“The keyword in Love Island is … Love. We love our fans. We love our islanders. We don’t like cyberbullying, harassment or hatred,” said the message.

Meanwhile, on X, formerly Twitter, the program issued another warning on Tuesday to remind fans that Icelanders are “real people”.

“We appreciate the fans, the passion for the series and the incredible group of islands that share their summer with us”, they wrote. “Please, just remember that they are real people – so let’s be nice and spread love!”

The ex of Jeremiah, candidate Huda Mustafa, also found herself at the center of the show’s speech. Huda’s ex-girlfriend, Noah Sheline, defended the star of reality against criticism of fans on social networks.

“In the end, I hope everyone remembers that we are human,” said Sheline, who shares a 4 -year -old girl with Mustafa, in a June 17 Tiktok. “She continues this program to find love, or whatever you think she was doing, remember that she is always human, she has a girl and a life.”

The host of the show, Ariana Madix, also warned the fans to stop “say gross things“And” doxxing “candidates on their social media accounts.

“There is a brilliant and incredible common experience when it comes to watching the show, but I mean something to some of these people who are online,” said Madix during the “Aftersun” episode on June 21 of the show. “Do not contact people’s families. Do not be people to doxxer. Do not embark on the pages of islanders and do not say gross things. ”

The personality of the television added: “Because it is a fun, incredible and magnificent show, and we should thank each of these islanders every day for having given us themselves. Be nice. Please, be nice, or I will come to find you.”

Season 7 of “Love Island USA” is now streaming on Peacock.
