Rosie, who studied journalism at Edinburgh Napier University, told The Tab: “I don’t really consider my mother as an inspiration. I mean, she’s not why I’m studying journalism.

“My father is a cameraman, that’s how my parents met, while my uncle works in advertising and my grandfather also worked in the television industry. So I guess it runs in the family.

“I had no idea what I wanted to do in college, but my family knew a lot about journalism and media. I also see it as fun rather than work, which is important.

“I still haven’t decided exactly what I want to do,” she added in 2015.
