On Sunday, the biotechnology entrepreneur requested photos of people’s super bowl snacks on X, without surprise answers that would disappoint many health fanatics.
“I know it will not be pretty … but you have to know it,” he wrote. He has repeatedly stressed the traps of fast food, pizza and fries.
Johnson told Business Insider in an email that his Super Bowl spread “light vegetables, houmous, fermented foods, berries, nuts and seeds”.
The list includes plant -based foods that promote intestinal health and have high antioxidant content.
“The air quality is clean and supervised and the water is tested,” added Johnson.
Johnson, 47, maintains a carefully organized diet, consuming exactly 1,977 calories per day as part of his aggressive anti-aging quest.
However, pizzas and buffalo wings – basic foods on Super Bowl Sunday – were not part of its spread.

The National Chicken Council said in a press release in January that Americans should consume 1.47 billion chicken wings on Sunday. Johnson is not one of them.
A user responding to the X Post of Johnson shared a photo of pizza slices with a square.
“I pray for you,” replied the health guru.
Another user shared a photo of a refrigerator filled with Johnson BluePrint meal preparation kits. Johnson approved, responding with an emoji of fire.
